Introducing Mohammed Abdelhamid, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Project Management of NYCN Designs.
A multidisciplinary visionary, Mohammed bridges the worlds of film, design, and construction with a rare combination of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership. As a talented film director, editor, and producer—and an accomplished engineer with years of hands-on construction experience—he brings a uniquely holistic perspective to every project the company undertakes.

Born to Egyptian-American parents, Mohammed’s multicultural background and fluency in both English and Arabic enhance his ability to communicate, collaborate, and create across diverse audiences and project types. His work—whether behind a camera or overseeing a build—reflects a deep commitment to storytelling, precision, and meaningful design.

With over eight years of experience in engineering and operating a construction company, Mohammed’s eye for detail extends far beyond the screen. His understanding of structure, systems, and project logistics allows him to approach interiors, renovations, and large-scale builds with the same narrative sensitivity he brings to film—resulting in spaces that function beautifully and feel intentional, memorable, and cohesive.

As COO of NYCN Designs, Mohammed leads project management across our event design, interior design, and construction divisions. From concept development to execution, he ensures that every project is delivered with clear communication, efficient coordination, and a seamless blend of form and function.
